Our Quality Policy

Quality and product improvement is a continuing objective of Eck Industries, Inc. in all disciplines of our manufacturing system. We will continue to focus our efforts on prevention rather than detection activities to enhance our competitive position in the aluminum-casting marketplace.

Continued adherence to these objectives will assure our customers satisfaction is achieved consistently. Management will always welcome suggestions for improvement from our customers and employees.


Excellence in Aluminum Castings

Eck Industries, Inc. has the in-depth facilities and trained employees to produce aluminum castings of consistently high quality.  Our Quality Management System is certified to the ISO 9001:2000 Standards by SGS since January 2003. It encompasses all aspects of our manufacturing facility.  We utilize some of the latest the inspection equipment and techniques to fulfill product specifications at the most efficient and economical level, to commercial, aircraft, and military standards.

In addition to a full range of casting processes, comprehensive heat treating facilities and in-house tooling capabilities, we offer a variety of secondary operations.  Other full-service capabilities include a complete wood and metal pattern shop and a complete scheduling and delivery system, attuned to Just-in-Time (JIT) requirements.

Coordinate Measuring Machine.JPG (262226 bytes)  Our Brown & Sharpe CMM & layout equipment verifies dimensional accuracy of in process and finished castings.

Tensiometer.JPG (298022 bytes)  Tensile testing confirms the results of the heat treating process to assure casting strength requirements are met.

Spectrometer.JPG (269618 bytes)  Spectrographic analysis of incoming and in-process alloys is a major key to our quality and an integral part of our ongoing SPC program.

Real-Time, digital, microfocus and conventional X-ray as well as Eddy Current testing are utilized to assure our customers' internal soundness requirements are met.
