We understand the quality casting produced at Eck Industries may not completely meet your needs. As a result, Eck has partnered with numerous excellent suppliers to insure we can provide your product in a form which suits your requirements.
Specialty Blasting
While Eck Industries has internal blast equipment to do steel shot blasting, we also know that media will not always meet your needs. Whether it is a special finish requirement or the need to use a non-ferrous material, outside sources are at the ready to provide glass bead, sand, or other media blasting as the situation warrants.
Hot Isostatic Pressing
When strength is the most important characteristic of your casting, employing hot isostatic pressing may be of benefit.
Impregnation
Depending on your application, impregnation may deliver the added security to protect against potential leaks and enhance the soundness of your casting.
Machining
If you do not handle machining in-house, let us take care of those details and deliver you a fully machined casting ready for assemble.
Polishing
If finish is critical, let us send your castings out for polishing before shipping them to you.
Painting
We can deliver your parts machined and then painted to your specifications.
Coating
